DMCA Policy

For Hosting respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.

1. How to submit a takedown notice

If you are a rights holder (or an authorized agent) and believe material hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following:

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the owner or their agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL) sufficient to locate it.
  4. Your contact details (name, address, phone and email).
  5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. What we do upon a valid notice

On receiving a compliant notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected customer.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] including your signature, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, and your consent to the competent jurisdiction.

5. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the Service of customers who are the repeated subject of well-founded infringement notices.

6. Misuse

Filing false notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Submit claims only in good faith.
