This oatmeal oats-to-liquid ratio calculator accepts the dry oat volume and the oat type, looks up a fixed conventional kitchen ratio for that cut, and returns the cooking liquid volume plus the combined pot volume in the same unit you used for the oats. The arithmetic is a single multiply against a published table: no network, no clocks, no random draws. The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.
