Convert Number Base takes an integer written as text, a source base, and a target base, then returns the same integer in the requested numeral system.

It supports every base from 2 through 36, so the familiar binary, octal, decimal, and hexadecimal systems work alongside less common compact alphabets. Letters are accepted without regard to case and results use uppercase letters. Before converting, the capability checks every character against the source base and reports invalid input instead of silently producing a misleading value. Its integer arithmetic is exact, deterministic, and suitable for values much longer than ordinary machine integers.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.

Published price — no tokens, no invented credits. A failed task is never charged.

`402`	`insufficient_balance`	Your balance doesn't cover the task price.
`404`	`unknown_type`	That task type doesn't exist.
`429`	`rate_limited`	Too many requests. Use the webhook instead of polling.
